Having spent the majority of my career in global hospitality recruitment and succession planning, I have developed a keen deep understanding of today’s competitive industry and know what it takes to attract, hire, and retain the finest associates with the most potential. I have driven recruitment strategies and talent identification projects, streamlined recruitment processes for senior leadership at both corporate and property level, with a particular focus on General Managers for both luxury and premium segments, as well as select properties.
